Education:
High School diploma or alternatives approved by the Public Service Commission (PSC).
Foreign Credential Validation against Canadian Standards
Experience:
Experience in coordinating diverse activities within strict timelines
Experience in supervision and/or in training of staff
Experience in client service
Experience in providing office support / administration
Experience in working with a database
Experience working and doing research with the Internet
Assets
Experience in working with the SSHRC Corporate Database (AMIS)
Experience with query tools such as Business Intelligence
Knowledge:
Knowledge of best practices for information management
Knowledge of ATIP (access to information and privacy) guidelines
