    Description
    Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing team

    This role will take part in various company projects, utilizing project management framework and best practices for planning, initiating, executing, monitoring, and closing projects.

    Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather comprehensive and detailed business requirements.
    Data Analysis
    Evaluate the impact of proposed changes and provide data-driven recommendations.
    Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
    Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to various audiences.
    Identify potential risks and challenges associated with proposed solutions.
    Develop strategies and plans to mitigate risks and ensure successful project delivery.


    Testing and Validation:
    Collaborate with department leaders and teams to define and execute testing plans.
    Participate in user acceptance testing and address issues to ensure a seamless implementation.
    Work with communications team to provide training and support to end-users during the transition period.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
    Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a combination of experience and education in a related field.
    2 years of experience in business analysis or related role.
    Proficiency in Microsoft tools (MS Project, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
    Experience with SaaS platforms is considered an asset.
    Certification as a Business Analyst – BA designation considered as asset.
