You should be passionate about building high performing teams and you will work within the greater engineering organization to foster the team and company culture.
You will also serve as a technical leader in the development of firmware for our innovative products, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.
Ensure adherence to best practices and software quality guidelines.Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members.
Manage project timelines and resources.
Proficiency in embedded C/C++ programming, RTOS, and Linux.
Knowledge or expertise in energy, fleet management, or EV industries
Experience with building IoT systems with OTA capabilities
Expertise building security hardened embedded systems
