The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. They should also have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of nonprofit accounting and financial management is essential.
The successful candidate should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
