The Emerging Business Model (EBM) Tech team exists to deliver proactive embedded products that delight customers and partners in their moment of need.

We design, build, and deliver digital first platform and services that enable data differentiated and hyper-personalized insurance propositions within ecosystem partners' experiences.

How you will create impact:


  • Identification of framework applicable for various projects and initiatives. This could include, but not be limited to, scrum, Kanban and various hybrid frameworks like Scrumban, Wagile (Waterfall+Agile) etc.
  • Advocate adoption of agile principles and ways of working including coaching stakeholders to support uptake
  • Setup of governance frameworks, cadences, boards to enable the team to successfully delivery
  • Facilitating all scrum ceremonies such as standups, planning, review, and retrospective sessions.
  • Offering support to the team in managing the backlog and facilitating grooming and sprint review sessions to support incremental delivery of products or services.
  • Integrating change management activities, negotiating with key project stakeholders, and chairing project meetings.
  • Establishing and maintaining productive working relationships with all project stakeholders, including communicating plans and providing status updates to interdependent teams.
  • Participating in the planning process to align objectives with project priorities and maximize resource utilization and results.

  • You have strong communication skills to clearly convey messages and explore diverse points of view.
  • You build trusting relationships and provide guidance to support the development of colleagues.
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and going beyond the role of a traditional scrum master to support the team's goals
  • You have worked in environments where delivery was driven through vendor teams as well as through internal engineering teams
  • You have excellent document creation, presentation and excel skills

To join our team:


  • You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in Information Technology or a related business field.
  • You have a postsecondary degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • You have strong knowledge of project management practices and methodologies and successful project life cycle experience, including business systems expertise.
  • You have demonstrated ability to influence and coach teams towards high performance in an Agile environment.
  • Having the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or equivalent certification is an asset.
