    Join the Customer Base Management team and be the envy of all your family and friends

    You will be a Senior Marketing Manager on the team, responsible for churn and retention strategic decisions related to TELUS and Koodo base management priorities, in short, medium and long term horizons, given insight analysis, market context, and organizational direction.

    If you're entrepreneurial, excited to work with an engaged and collaborative team, and if you value ownership, outcomes, curiosity, iteration and celebration, then this is the team for you As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in developing strategies and working with a high performing team that will drive profitable outcomes within the Koodo and TELUS bases, and have a seat at the table for executive focused strategic discussions and decisions.

    What you'll do as Senior Marketing Manager, Base Management

  • Own above-the-line decisions related to renewal offers, across all channels and regions, including decisions related to promotional pricing, gift cards, and financing floors
  • Own rate plan change optionality for customers, in digital, call centre and physical store channels
  • Develop physical channel strategic decisions related to go-to-market and tactical churn and renewals initiatives
  • Act as 'chief of staff' to the Manager, Churn & Renewal Strategy; work closely with the rest of the team to audit, aggregate and consolidate all TELUS and Koodo churn and renewal strategies and initiatives
  • Create and present business cases, governance, reporting, and KPI frameworks for the churn and renewal strategies
  • Develop and present post mortem analyses, post execution, for the projects and provide insights, analyses and recommendations for changes to improve ongoing performance
  • Communicate strategies and updates on a regular basis to Senior Leadership across the Consumer team
  • Work closely with the rest of the base management and various pricing, strategy & planning, channel and CE stakeholders to develop strategies, including the establishment of core team governance
