    Job Description

    Bilingual District Manager - HCM

    Our client is looking to hire a proactive bilingual District Manager to lead the sales of payroll, tax, and human resource solutions. You'll engage with new and existing clients, expanding awareness and driving sales. This role promises autonomy, flexibility, and a favorable work-life balance with a schedule from Monday to Friday, no weekends, and the possibility of remote work.Key Responsibilities: Independently close sales and meet targets in your assigned area. Transform prospects into committed clients and establish lasting relationships. Collaborate with teams to provide cloud-based human resources solutions. Persistently seek out new business opportunities through various channels. Requirements: Must be bilingual in French and English, comfortable selling cloud-based solutions in French. Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of presenting ideas clearly. Proven problem-solving abilities and adaptability to change. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement. Previous success in a partner selling environment and quota-carrying roles. (1-2 years) Skilled in technical aspects, research, and leveraging social media for sales. Vous interagirez avec de nouveaux clients et des clients existants, en élargissant la notoriété et en stimulant les ventes. Ce rôle promet autonomie, flexibilité et un équilibre travail-vie personnelle favorable avec un horaire du lundi au vendredi, sans week-ends, et la possibilité de travailler à distance. Responsabilités clés : Clôturer les ventes de manière indépendante et atteindre les objectifs dans votre secteur attribué. Transformer les prospects en clients engagés et établir des relations durables. Collaborer avec les équipes pour fournir des solutions de ressources humaines basées sur le cloud. Rechercher de manière persistante de nouvelles opportunités commerciales à travers divers canaux. Exigences : Doit être bilingue en français et en anglais, à l'aise pour vendre des solutions basées sur le cloud en français. Résilient, autonome et capable de présenter les idées clairement.Capacités éprouvées à résoudre les problèmes et à s'adapter au changement. Engagement envers l'apprentissage continu et l'amélioration.Succès antérieur dans un environnement de vente en partenariat et des rôles avec quotas de vente.     Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
