Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company
  • Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
  • Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees
  • Manage accounts payable and process vendor invoices for payment
  • Conduct bank reconciliations to verify accuracy of transactions
  • Perform account analysis to identify any discrepancies or issues
  • Utilize accounting software (such as Sage or QuickBooks) to record and track financial data
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using accounting software (such as Sage or QuickBooks)
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and accounts payable procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary:
$26.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
