    Content Marketing Specialist

    At Digital Clicks, we're building a special kind of company, and we need fantastic individuals to join us on this adventure.

    We are expanding our team and seeking a highly motivated individual to assist in crafting and executing content and social media strategies.

    This role calls for a collaborative team player who can pick up new skills, collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced agency setting.

    Above all, we are seeking someone to help us enhance our lead generation efforts through exceptional content — the perfect fit is enthusiastic about innovation, eager to explore new technologies, and ready to work alongside our experienced team as we grow.


    • Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Content Strategy and Leadership:

    Lead Digital Clicks' content marketing strategy and implementation.

    Create and supervise engaging content across various social media platforms that reflects and promotes our brand, mission, and goals.

    Develop informative content showcasing our expertise in digital advertising to educate our audience.

    Produce diverse content formats that resonate with our target audience and drive interaction.

    Plan and create content for email marketing campaigns.

    • Seamless Collaboration:

    Collaborate closely with the business development team and other departments to transform insights into compelling narratives.

    Expand the reach and engagement of our content on social media.

    • Business Development Support:

    Assist the business development team by creating content for sales materials, proposals, and presentations.

    Design promotional content for events, trade shows, and webinars.

    • Skill Requirements:

    • Full-time position at our London, Ontario headquarters.
    • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or equivalent experience.
    • Active user of social media and digital technologies with knowledge of best practices.

      • Experience in analyzing web and social media metrics using tools like SEMrush & GA4.

    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
    • Proficiency across various social media platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok).
    • Proven experience in content strategy, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
    • Strong copywriting and editing skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
    • Openness to learning new technologies and a passion for storytelling.
