Responsibilities for Porter
Carry out basic maintenance task such as filter changes
Responsible to change lights in the complex and for tenants when requested
Address and maintain good relationships with tenants and customers
Carry out small plumbing repairs to toilets sinks and soap dispensers
Maintain a professional image at all times
Respond to assigned 310 MAXX tickets for tenants and customers in a timely manner
Ensure equipment and facilities are safe, clean and organized
Perform small drywall patching or painting tasks as assigned
Respond to emergency situations and assist in clean-up for example floods
Complete small furniture moves and assembly
Responsible to install and hang picture frames or white boards for customers
Report any safety concerns or violations to superiors
Any and all other task as assigned by management

Qualifications for Porter
Must be able to work on a ladder safely
Good knowledge of health and Safety
Excellent customer service
Strong interpersonal and social skills
Pleasant demeanor and proactive attributes
Polite and professional mannerism
Basic arithmetic calculation abilities
Sound verbal and written communication skills
Able to stand for long hours at a time and move, carry and lift up to 50lbs
Complete small door mechanism repairs (Door closures, Basic standard door lock repair/install)
Power flush/snake drain lines
Knowledge and able to repair ceiling T-Bars and tiles.
Knowledge about washroom partitions to repair and install.
Knowledge about blinds repair and install.
Carrying out morning duties (Smoke signs, watering plants, refilling hand sanitizer machines)
