    Description

    A career in customer service at National Bank means having the opportunity to grow and advance in an inclusive and stimulating environment.

    Come join one of our teams of call centre agents who work from home full time to meet our clients' needs.

    Help clients use our banking applications.
    Support colleagues and share knowledge with them.

    The centre is open Monday to Sunday from 6:00 AM to midnight, we answer to our clients across Canada.

    The team works 100% remotely, with some in-person meetings to develop partnership within the team.

    Good communication and writing skills in French and English
    Bilingualism in French and English is required as you will be dealing regularly with clients across Canada
