The Opportunity:


Key deliverables and experience to grow from:

  • Review, match and verify invoices, including proper approvals
  • Code expenses to appropriate G/L account codes
  • Review and post expense reports
  • Process weekly payment runs
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors and internal customers
  • Reconcile statements from vendors
  • Play a key role in assisting with the transition of AP processing to an electronic format
  • Understand Accounts Payable, accruals and monthend deadlines

Skills and knowledge that will take you further:

  • Two + years' related experience
  • Overall Accounting knowledge will be considered an asset
  • Very good computer skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Experience in Yardi would be an asset
  • The ability to independently investigate and problemsolve
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced and changing environment
  • A team player attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A friendly demeanor with a sense of humor and the utmost respect for all persons
