The Opportunity:
Key deliverables and experience to grow from:
- Review, match and verify invoices, including proper approvals
- Code expenses to appropriate G/L account codes
- Review and post expense reports
- Process weekly payment runs
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with vendors and internal customers
- Reconcile statements from vendors
- Play a key role in assisting with the transition of AP processing to an electronic format
- Understand Accounts Payable, accruals and monthend deadlines
Skills and knowledge that will take you further:
- Two + years' related experience
- Overall Accounting knowledge will be considered an asset
- Very good computer skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Experience in Yardi would be an asset
- The ability to independently investigate and problemsolve
- The ability to work in a fastpaced and changing environment
- A team player attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A friendly demeanor with a sense of humor and the utmost respect for all persons
