Well, Scrubbi is looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join our sales team as an entry-level Sales Representative on a part-time basis in our office in South Surrey, BC.

In this role, you will be responsible for calling and qualifying a high volume of leads.

As the starting point of our customer funnel, you will play a crucial role in the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:


  • Contact new leads in a fast and efficient manner
  • Qualify leads by determining their interest and need for our products and services
  • Persuasive communication skills and lots of personality
  • The devouring of cake
  • Sharing accurate information with clients regarding company policy and the service we provide
  • Joining in with after work team events
  • Address common questions and concerns raised by potential clients
  • Ping pong and foosball enthusiast
  • Celebrating individual, team, and company successes
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers
  • Representing Scrubbi loud and proud
  • Preparedness to conquer the ultimate (ongoing) game of Jenga
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets
  • Collaborate with with senior salespeople and account managers to ensure customer satisfaction and success
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies

Qualifications:


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fastpaced sales environment
  • Pure love and joy for food
  • Familiarity with a CRM (Salesforce experience is a plus)
