    Description

    Aquanow is looking for a talented Product Designer to join our technology team. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate Product Designer to work alongside a highly experienced team and contribute to the design and development of a high-growth blockchain technology company.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Reporting to Lead Product Designer, you will work closely with product team including Product Owners/Managers, Project Managers, Developers, and QA
    • Conceptualizing and contributing to a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy and usage flow for the web/mobile app
    • Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
    • Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior
    • Experience interviewing users and conducting user-centered research when necessary - being the champion for the user is a shared responsibility
    • Scheduling regular design reviews with developers to ensure consistent implementation.
    • Contribute and support ongoing development of of design system using Figma and other design tools

    Requirements:

    • Product UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio capturing design process.
    • Must have at least 2 years of industry experience working with cross functional teams and working with business and technical stakeholders.
    • Must have some experience designing web applications as opposed to marketing websites.
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and working across several projects when necessary.
    • Strong understanding of current UX/UI trends, technical requirements and best practices
    • Ability to work under minimal supervision
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Passionate about design and solving problems in order to improve and simplify cross platform experiences
    • Must have experience using Figma.

    Bonus points

    • Experience with designing B2B web applications.
    • Experience with design system tools and design asset management tools like Storybook, ZeroHeight or similar.
    • Industry experience in Fintech.

    Work location

    • Hybrid environment. Frequency in the office is flexible.

    Base Salary

    • 90-100K annually
