Windsor Arms Hotel, a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Yorkville, is looking to hire an experienced Bartender.


Job Description:


  • Mix and garnish beverages according to recipe and portion control standard
  • Present a clean and professional appearance at all times.
  • Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to guest inquiries with accurate information and a positive attitude
  • Open bar, stocking as outlined in the bar inventory. Close bar according to bar closing procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of bar to meet health and safety regulations and provide the best appearance possible
Job Requirements


Minimum Qualifications for Bartender:

  • SMART Serve certified
  • Previous bartending experience in an upscale Hotel/Restaurant Bar
  • Displays phenomenal hospitality, friendliness, and comprehensive beverage knowledge
  • Demonstrates organizational & multitasking skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and meet high performance standards with mínimal supervision
  • Flexible availability days, nights, weekends, including holidays
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Polite and professional

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: per week


Salary:
From $15.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

  • Tips

  • Toronto, ON M5S 3E7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Bartending: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
