This person will act as a primary contact for OBASA guests, the Concierge of Condominium Owners, and a key member of the Inside Sales Team.

Position is a full time on location at our OBASA Suites downtown location hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.


Main Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Answering telephone reservation inquiries and conducting site tours.
  • Aiding Condo Owners and residents on the property.
  • The liaison between maintenance and housekeeping.
  • Entering Reservation into our Software Program.
  • Racking sales Leads and following up regularly.
  • Preparation of quotes and invoices, processing payments and reconciling accounts monthly.
  • Promoting sales and marketing promotions and participating in company social media.
Education and Experience

  • Completed Grade 12 or GED
  • 35 years' experience in customer service or sales, hospitality, or related industry experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Muli task oriented and wellorganized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Computer Skills including Microsoft Office, CRM, and PMS systems
  • Understanding of numbers and the ability to calculate monthly invoices
  • Valid Driver's License

Experience:

Inside Sales: 3 years (preferred)
Customer Service: 3 years (preferred)

  • Sales: 3 years (required)
