This company, specializing in building of single-family homes, is looking for an Estimator to join their established team. They'll be responsible spearheading providing the knowledge required to set budgets and ensure projects are delivered within financial guidelines.
ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is a single-family home builder in the Okanagan. They stem from a parent company that is also involved in multifamily and ICI projects. This has contributed to their continued success throughout the province.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
In this role, you will be office based. You will work closely with the Controller and multiple departments to outline the costs and controls of new homes. The ideal candidate will be able to liaise with vendors and stakeholders to compile and analyze the necessary information.
