    Job Description

    As the Maintenance Attendant, your main goal is to go above and beyond to ensure guests have an exceptional experience at the hotel. Your responsibilities include daily maintenance tasks, minor repairs, safety standards compliance, and collaboration with the Corporate Office for major projects. By doing this, you play a crucial role in enhancing the overall quality of the property and guest satisfaction while meeting financial targets.

    A Maintenance Engineer will be involved in various tasks:

    • Regular property inspections and timely repairs
    • Effective communication with the team to achieve set goals
    • Prioritizing guest and personal safety by following emergency procedures
    • Maintaining the physical aspects of the building and guest areas
    • Problem-solving in challenging situations with limited resources

    Skills/Experience/Education:

    • Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry basics
    • Previous certification in hotel maintenance considered an advantage
    • Strong communication and multitasking abilities
    • Proficiency in English and mathematical calculations
    • Attention to detail and commitment to quality

    Working Conditions:

    The role of Maintenance Attendant demands 24/7 availability for maintenance and emergencies at the hotel. Expect physical demands such as long periods of standing, lifting heavy objects, and occasional solo work.
