- Produce monthly invoice calculations for B2B partner
- Generate monthly invoices to partners
- Review new and existing contracts to determine billing structure
- Ad hoc reconciliations of customer billing/invoices
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing disputes and/or discrepancies
- Partner with our Business Development team to address any and all customer contract changes
- Maintain customer data in applicable systems(Salesforce, Oracle etc.)
- Work cross functionally with other department internally
- Assist with audit requests and ad hoc projects assigned by your manager
- 2-3 years of professional accounting experience with a focus in Quote to Cash operations required
- BA/BS in Finance or Accounting is preferred
- Strong Excel skills required
- Detail-oriented, with strong financial knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal skills required with a focus on customer support
