- Washing, chopping, and storing ingredients like fruits, vegetables, and meats
- Assist with keeping kitchen, dish, and storage areas organized and sanitize
- Prepares daily production list set by Chef or Manager
- Receives product by verifying invoice and freshness of merchandise
- Keeping track of ingredient inventory and collaborating with other kitchen staff and management to reorder supplies
- Supports the Dishwasher with janitorial tasks as needed
- Assist in tasks as requested by the Chef or Food Service & Culinary Manager needed to successfully run the Cocina
- Production Cooking Experience
- 2 years line cook experience
- A clear criminal background check is required for this role.
