    Description

    Job Summary

    We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist to create, implement, and oversee EHN Canada's training and development programs. As part of the HR team, you will work closely with the Head of HR to align training with our clinical development initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    • Design top-notch courses and training materials, and determine the best delivery methods.
    • Create and maintain training materials, including e-learning courses, presentations, and manuals.
    • Conduct in-person and online training sessions, enhance new hire orientation, provide monthly refresher training, and lead EHN Leadership Academy.
    • Manage the learning management system (LMS via ADP Workforce Now) and educational technology tools to ensure easy access to materials and track employee progress.
    • Establish and oversee relationships with external education partners such as CTRI and CCDI.
    • Produce reports on training completion and post-training assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop content that aligns with role-specific competencies and quality standards.
    • Build strong relationships with clinical and healthcare experts.
    • Perform other duties as needed.

    Requirements

    • Create engaging content that meets diverse learning needs.
    • Excellent facilitation skills to engage various audiences.
    • Highly skilled in eLearning software and Learning Management Systems.
    • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
    • Effective communication and collaboration skills.

    Skills and Experience

    • Minimum 3 years experience in adult learning and education program development and delivery.
    • Degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
    • Completion or pursuit of an adult education certificate program.
    • CTDP or CTP certification preferred.
    • Proficiency in French is a bonus.
