    About the Role and Company:

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare EP cost reporting
    • Develop and report cash flows
    • Monitor commitments, incurred costs, and actual costs
    • Conduct cost variance analysis
    • Produce earned value management reports
    • Support estimate and budget development
    • Perform ad-hoc project analysis and support
    • Manage databases and generate reports
    • Undertake other requested duties

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (commerce, engineering, or similar)
    • Five (5) years of experience in financial analysis
    • Understanding of project cost control fundamentals, with expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and budgeting methodologies
    • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data
    • Advanced MS Excel skills
    • Detail-oriented with strong communication and influencing skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Graduate degree in a related field (commerce, engineering, or similar)
    • Specialization in finance and accounting disciplines
    • Familiarity with Primavera P6 software
