    Fire Alarm Technician - Edmonton

    Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd., a member of the ACAI, is a leading provider of Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression, Security, Nurse call, and Communications Systems in Canada.     Responsibilities:
    • Follow directives from supervisors, coordinators, and support staff per company guidelines
    • Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on fire alarm, fire extinguisher, emergency lighting systems, and other life safety systems
    • Maintain the highest standard of system reliability and client satisfaction
    • Conduct verifications on fire alarm systems
    • Complete work orders promptly and submit reports efficiently
    • Be available for emergency service calls
    • Serve as a communicator between customers and Troy
    • Adhere to relevant ULC, CSA, and Canadian Electrical codes and standards

    Qualifications:
    • Completion of a two-year community college program in electronics preferred
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a fire alarm technician
    • Proficient in computer usage
    • Valid driver's license with a clean record
    • CFAA registration mandatory
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Strong organizational abilities
    • Proficient in accurate report writing
