Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in alignment with company strategies and objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Understand market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer needs.
Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and strategic alignment.
Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring the customer's satisfaction.
Participate in industry events, networking, and other leadgeneration activities.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years experience in a business development, sales, or similar role.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office suite and CRM software.
Strong understanding of the IT industry, with a keen awareness of the latest market trends and shifts.
Selfmotivated, resultsdriven, with a passion for the IT industry.
