Discipline Summary


As Program Manager within the Partner Channel team, you play a key role to drive EDC's growth with the development of a strategic portfolio of partnerships.

Recognized for your abilities in quantitative and qualitative analysis, relationship management, and project management.

You will be a key player to help:

  • Develop cohesive and sustainable processes to manage the overall partnerships program,
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as, Sustainable Business & Enablement (SB&E), Marketing and Transformation office teams, and
  • Prioritize and execute partnership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Key resource and point of contact for relationship managers acting as expert and sounding board to assist planning & rollout of small to large partner implementation projects
  • Facilitates & leads change management and rollout of multi phased projects in collaboration with SB&E to leverage EDC standard change management practices
  • Assumes responsibility and takes the lead on initiatives that are charged with redeveloping or enhancing business processes. Assesses current performance and scopes improvements that maximize ROI across a wide variety of functions (Reporting, Strategy, Communication, etc.)
  • Communicates & collaborates with wide range of internal teams, with ability to interact with range of levels from associate to leadership
  • Ability to build and present communication material to small & large groups
  • Ability to synthesize and convert conceptual ideas and knowledge into practical and usable resources, tools and output
  • In collaboration across internal stakeholder teams, establishes relevant standards, guidelines and processes across a range of teams, tools and resources, while ensuring and managing adherence
  • Ability to foresee, manage and mitigate risks, leveraging problem solving skills to complex problems
  • Oversees and advances management and improvement of various technology platforms/tools that facilitate operation of day to day for relationship managers and overall management of Partnerships team and our partnership relationships
  • Build artifacts to mature the partner management framework

Screening Criteria

  • Minimum 5 years (level 3) or 7 years (level 4) relevant experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis, marketing and program or project management
  • Strong understanding of EDC's business (e.g. LOBs, processes and systems)
  • Strong project management experience and collaboration experience with internal/external stakeholders
  • University degree in business, marketing, IT or related field

Asset

  • Experience with Agile methodology and systems
  • Relevant experience in managing partnerships
  • Relevant experience in finance and/or IT sector
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both official languages (French and English)
  • Customer (Exporter) focus with emphasis on digital journey and experience

Salary Range

  • Level 3: $66,000$99,000 + performancebased incentive
  • Level 4: $91,700$137,600 + performances based incentive
