    • Building chatbot/virtual assistant solutions using Amazon LEX.
    • Developing IVR solutions (voice chatbots).
    • Proficiency in Jscript, Python, .Net, and Perl.
    • Working with basic change management and Git based source control systems.
    • Software development in various programming languages, with a knack for quickly adapting to new languages.
    • Utilizing Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds, voice and financial clouds.
    • Designing, developing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure, applications & solutions with AWS.
    • Integrating Salesforce Service Cloud with AWS, Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, MuleSoft, and legacy systems.
    • Collaborating to finalize functional and non-functional requirements.
    • Creating design documents, developing business functionalities, and offering end-to-end testing support.
    • Implementing chatbots with Amazon Lex platform and APIs.
    • Designing and implementing secure network solutions, configuring virtualized systems within the AWS environment.
    • Developing algorithms and flowcharts for new software programs, and ensuring proper testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of existing software.
