Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and data entry.
  • Greet and assist visitors at the front desk in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and billing.
  • Provide administrative support to staff members as needed.

Requirements:


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment.
  • Familiarity with medical office operations is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar software.
  • Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Job Timing: 8am-5pm (1 hour lunch break)

Salary:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
