    Description

    Groupe PARIMA is a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), established in 1994. For over 25 years, we have built a strong expertise in developing and manufacturing non-sterile liquids, suspensions, and semi-solid pharmaceutical products.

    Position: Product Development Associate

    The role of a product development associate involves providing hands-on support for product development activities within projects and commercial products.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and execute lab-scale batches
    • Assist formulators with documentation and execution of batches
    • Conduct equipment cleaning assessment and validation
    • Write protocols and reports for cleaning activities
    • Coordinate analytical work with laboratories
    • Oversee manufacturing and packaging processes
    • Participate in creating necessary forms, procedures, and batch records
    • Manage inventory of the laboratory
    • Support other product development activities

    Skills and Experience Required:

    • DEC or Bachelor's degree in Science
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical setting
    • Practical experience in dosage forms and process development
    • Formulation experience is a plus
    • Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, Safety, and FDA guidelines
    • Detail-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Proficient in technical writing and problem-solving
    • Knowledge of Process Safety concepts
    • Ability to lead, assist in training, and adapt to schedules
