    The Total Rewards Specialist is responsible for administering our company's total rewards program, including benefits, retirement, compensation, employee programs and leaves.

    While TTI Canada believes and offers flexibility, this role is an in-office position based out of our North York Head Office, which is the center of TTI's culture.

    Administers employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, while collaborating with vendors to ensure smooth administration and resolve issues.

    Administers employee recognition programs to foster a culture of appreciation and recognize outstanding performance and contributions, while evaluating the effectiveness of existing recognition initiatives and suggests improvements.

    Administers company leave programs, including sick leave, vacation, parental and disability. Ensures compliance with legal requirements and internal policies in all total rewards practices.

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Proficiency with HR systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.

    Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
