- Make batches according to master formulae and confirm process parameters for temperature, colour, and batch number.
- Perform and record all cleaning logs as required. Disassemble, clean, and assemble equipment as per SOPs. Equipment includes tanks, lids, pumps, filters and packaging equipment.
- Set up pumps/equipment and operate them according to SOP, producing a good quality product.
- Required activities involve dispensing, operation of a lift truck, scissor lift, scale calibration and performing any necessary in-process adjustments.
- Completes all documentation accurately and as required, including in-process checks, set-ups and start-ups.
- Perform rudimentary quality testing as required (non-DIN).
- Work independently, as required, and complete daily activities according to schedule.
- Strictly adhere to GMP, Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Guidelines at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of Ontario Secondary or Post Secondary diploma.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills.
- Able to multi-task and adapt to change.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to follow written procedures and complete accurate documentation.
- Strong working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and a proven commitment to excellent product quality.
- Capable of reaching and lifting and working from a platform.
- Tow motor/lifting device operation required.

Every product sold by Agrisan is manufactured at our sq. ft. facility in Arthur, Ontario. Agrisan holds a Health Canada establishment license to manufacture, test, package/label, and distribute pharmaceuticals. Our extensive lab facilities help us bring science to sanitation.
