Roles & Responsibilities
- Shipping & receiving of materials using provided equipment.
- Keeping the yard organized and clean
- Compare information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment
- Processing of incoming and outgoing orders using company ERP system
- Performs physical inventory counts, identify inventory problems, correct errors and maintain the inventory accuracy
- Strong time management, communication, and computer skills.
- Assist with putting equipment together for installation projects.
- Assist with washing/cleaning equipment that comes back from field.
- Other general labor duties as required.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Operate forklift, telehandler & loader.
- Familiarity with power/hand tools.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
- Must be comfortable and able to work with little supervision.
- Mechanically inclined.
Assets:
Additional consideration will be given to those having any of the following:
- Forklift certification.
- Previous warehouse, yard or shipping and receiving experience is considered an asset.
- Safety & First Aid Training.
Other Information:
- The hours for this position are from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
