Position Objective


As a Sales Operations Manager at Treasure Hill, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations within our sales department.

Your main objective will be to ensure our sales offices and processes operate smoothly and efficiently.

You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating the sales office administration and procedures, ensuring organizational effectiveness, efficiency, safety, and supervision of sales administrators.

Key Accountabilities

  • Reporting to the Vice President, Sales and Marketing
  • Responsible for developing and overseeing a smooth, effective sales process that enables the growth of the Treasure Hill Sales Team.
  • Ensuring that the Sales Team has everything they need to support their ability to sell homes in the communities in which Treasure Hill builds.

Oversee the Sales Funnel
This person ensures that agreements move smoothly through Treasure Hill's sales funnel.

  • While overseeing the sales funnel, the Sales Operations Manager will identify any issues and be able to work with the various Treasure Hill teams to resolve and implement solutions for improvement.

Streamlining and Optimizing the Sales Process

  • Ensuring the efficiency of the sales process and making improvements if necessary.
  • Attending meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to determine all site bonus offerings before openings.
  • Working with the marketing team to ensure that all sales launches and any new phase or marketing launches are properly staffed and prepped.
  • Ensuring site administrative staff follows up with the Sales Team regarding any required amendments, mutual releases, deposit cheques, etc.
  • Ensuring any salesrelated issues that arise at the Décor Center or afterward from the purchaser are forwarded to the appropriate resource for resolution.

Managing the CRM Data

  • Coordinating all documents for NewStar systems and Legal to ensure all documents contained in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale (APS) are prepared in advance and ready for each new site.
  • Review all APS and amendments for accuracy.
  • Ensuring all APS copies are scanned onto the server.
  • Ensuring all required deposit cheques are provided to accounting from purchasers; following up with the Sales Team when necessary regarding any missing deposit cheques.
  • Responsible for updating the site trackers, NSF tracker, Inventory Tracker, and Outstanding deposit tracker daily/weekly.
  • Working closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing to ensure that the vendor signs all new worksheets/APS.
  • Notifying homeowners and site staff of any NSF cheque and tracking to ensure all deposits are current.

Lead a team of sales operations professionals

  • Hiring, managing, organizing, and scheduling administrative staff for sales openings, including submitting time sheets to accounting for staffing payroll in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the sales offices are furnished and equipped with all required equipment and that back office materials are ordered and ready.

Position Requirements

Qualifications_

  • University Degree (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of five (3) years of experience in an operations role within the real estate development industry.
  • Solid expertise in Newstar Sales, Newstar Enterprise, and MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Requires a selfmotivated and resultsdriven individual.
  • Strong decisionmaking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Previous new home sales experience is an asset
  • Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks without compromising quality of work or project deadlines.

Pay:
From $80,000.00 per year
