    As a Discovery and Digital Process Mapping Director for the Factory of the Future, your role is pivotal in analyzing and optimizing manufacturing processes.

    You'll lead discovery sessions to understand current workflows and identify opportunities for automation and integration of advanced technologies.

    Your insights will be crucial for shaping the digital transformation journey of the factory toward a more advanced and agile future.

    Your role involves employing various discovery techniques to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation. Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts.

    • Facilitate process workflow modeling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities, and clearly defined end-to-end use cases.
    • Identify issues and risks.
    • Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management.
    • Track major incident management processes and ensure adherence to the process and escalation requirements within the various support and delivery areas.
    • Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review.
    • Maintain a complete understanding of and adheres to all IT policies and processes.
    • Mapping out digital workflows and processes.
    • Training teams on new digital processes.

    A bachelor's degree required, preferably computer science, surveying, engineering, or closely related discipline is, and 6+ years of professional work experience, or a master's degree with 4+ years of work experience.

    Degree in computer science, surveying, engineering, or related field.

    • Proficiency with database programming languages such as SQL, R, or Python.
    • Listens to and understands others' points of view and articulates tactfully and respectfully one's own perspective orally, in writing, and in presentations.
