Title:
Specialist, Panorama Implementation and Sustainment

Salary:
$77,213 - $94,507 per year (pay range explained below)


Contract:
Permanent


Hours: 37.5 Hours, Monday - Friday (core hours 9am - 3pm)

Location:
Sinclair, Downtown Vancouver - Hybrid, with Remote work consideration (if out of the lower mainland).

Please note, this role will be relocating to our new office building in North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation (TWN) land, south of Mount Seymour Parkway, after October 2024.

- _The FNHA is engaged in active collective agreement negotiations and rates of pay will be adjusted to reflect 2024 rates in the near future._


About the role

As Specialist, Panorama Implementation and Sustainment, you will - Develop, deliver, and evaluate the process of on-boarding First Nations Health Service Organization (FNHSO) related to the use of Panorama, the BC provincial public health documentation system for First Nations Health Service Organizations (FNHSOs) in the British Columbia (BC) region, to ensure compliance and information governance, in conjunction with the Panorama Program Manager and other members of the Panorama program team.

Leads and provides sustainment support and change management to FNHSOs related to Panorama to ensure adherence to BC eHealth Conformance standards


About you
To be successful in this role you will have/be

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in related studies, plus at least five (5) years of recent, related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

You may have experience in;

  • Recent experience (within 12 years) working in a First Nation public health environment.
  • Significant (over 2 years) of experience in project management or analysis related to Public Health

The Pay Range is the minimum (Step 1) and maximum (highest Step) annual base salary based on full time equivalent hours.


As a health and wellness organization, the FNHA has aligned with the Provincial Public Health Order released on October 14, 2021.

We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for all employees at First Nations Health Authority. This policy requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
