Compensation:

$28.00 hourly rate


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with clinical team and deliver psychoeducational sessions
  • Facilitate mediation and conflict resolution when required
  • Be in constant communication with colleagues/treatment team on client progress, setbacks and identified needs during working hours
  • Provide psychoeducation that meets the client where they are at and offer adaptive strategies/coping skills that are evidencebased
  • Advocate and promote clientcentred care in all affairs
  • Attend staff meetings and actively participate throughout
  • Review and complete clinical case notes and debrief with treatment team to be adequately prepared to provide support in the livein program
  • Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues, referral agencies, clients, caregivers and family members
  • Complete administrative duties directly related to providing highquality care to the clients we serve
  • Conduct evidencebased interventions that reflect high quality interventions to promote health and wellbeing and are relevant to Addiction and Mental Health population.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:


  • A team player with a commitment to collaboration
  • Post secondary education and/or training in Social Work, Social Services, Psychology, Nursing is preferred
  • Ideally 3+ years' progressive experience of Addiction and Mental Health experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven conflict resolution and mediation skills
  • A commitment to integrity, contribution and ongoing process improvement
  • A commitment to people and collaboration
  • A customerservice and growth mindset
  • Builds trust, credibility and relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Works with integrity and a high degree of ethics
