Compensation:
$28.00 hourly rate
Role and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clinical team and deliver psychoeducational sessions
- Facilitate mediation and conflict resolution when required
- Be in constant communication with colleagues/treatment team on client progress, setbacks and identified needs during working hours
- Provide psychoeducation that meets the client where they are at and offer adaptive strategies/coping skills that are evidencebased
- Advocate and promote clientcentred care in all affairs
- Attend staff meetings and actively participate throughout
- Review and complete clinical case notes and debrief with treatment team to be adequately prepared to provide support in the livein program
- Provide exceptional customer service to colleagues, referral agencies, clients, caregivers and family members
- Complete administrative duties directly related to providing highquality care to the clients we serve
- Conduct evidencebased interventions that reflect high quality interventions to promote health and wellbeing and are relevant to Addiction and Mental Health population.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- A team player with a commitment to collaboration
- Post secondary education and/or training in Social Work, Social Services, Psychology, Nursing is preferred
- Ideally 3+ years' progressive experience of Addiction and Mental Health experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven conflict resolution and mediation skills
- A commitment to integrity, contribution and ongoing process improvement

- A customerservice and growth mindset
- Builds trust, credibility and relationships with internal stakeholders
