Position Summary:

The Women's Locker Room Attendant is an integral part of the Lambton Golf and Country Club (the "Club") team, who reports directly to the Operations Manager.

They are responsible for providing all members and invited guests at the Lambton Golf and Country Club with excellent service and to maintain the locker room area to the highest possible standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Wash floor, remove garbage, clean/ disinfect sinks, toilets and replenish supplies to washrooms daily.
• Replenish supplies to all washrooms and check their cleanliness every hour. Peak season every 1520 min.
• Washes floor, stalls, fixtures, and doors in the shower area daily.
• Replenish supplies to shower area and mops floor [if required] every 2 hours. Peak season every 1530 min.
• Vacuum carpets throughout locker room.
• Collect, number [when required] clean and return street and golf shoes left out by the members, within an hour of pick up [excluding tournament days]. Make a shoe run a minimum of every 30 minutes.
• Clean sports entrance to the locker rooms daily.
• Cleans locker tops every month.
• Cleans cobwebs as needed.
• Clean card rooms and fitness facilities as needed.
• Assist with laundering.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• Background experience in customer service
• Ability to exercise good judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions.
• Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to interact professionally and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and members.

Working Conditions:

Shifts will include Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm. Additional shifts may be added as needed.


Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk through the locker room for longer than 2 hours.
