    Job Description:
    We are looking for an experienced Nonprofit Budget Accountant to join our team at beBee Professionals in Toronto. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the budget for our nonprofit organization.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and manage the budget for the nonprofit organization
    • Analyze financial data and create financial reports
    • Monitor and report on budget performance
    • Prepare and present budget proposals
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
    • Provide financial advice and support to other departments
    • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
    • 5+ years of experience in budgeting and financial analysis
    • Knowledge of nonprofit accounting and financial regulations
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
