    Description

    The AIR MILES Reward Program is widely known across Canada as a top loyalty program, with over 10 million active collector accounts, representing more than half of all Canadian households.

    • AIR MILES collectors earn Reward Miles at 300+ leading Canadian, global and online brands.
    • AIR MILES is a subsidiary of the Bank of Montreal (BMO), Canada's oldest bank, and the 8th largest in North America with over 12 million customers worldwide.

    We are seeking individuals who share our dedication to assisting people, are naturally inquisitive and open to new challenges, individuals who value teamwork, communicate genuinely, and have a desire to contribute to the community.

    Responsibilities include supporting Collectors in resolving issues, optimizing their earning potential in the Program, fostering engagement, and delivering exceptional customer service.

    Tasks involve helping Collectors with setting new PINs, guiding them through the website, addressing their concerns, and providing attentive customer service. Communication with Collectors is primarily done over the phone, chat, or email.

    The ideal candidate must have:

    • Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
    • Prior experience or education in the travel industry.
    • Experience in customer interaction within a call center or customer service environment.
    • Previous sales experience is advantageous.
    • A genuine interest in problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple software applications.
    • Experience with a Travel GDS system is preferred (Sabre experience is a plus).
    • Tico certification is beneficial.

    The position allows for independent work in a virtual environment, where you collaborate with colleagues and leaders remotely from your home.

    Shifts are flexible, subject to change, and selected based on tenure and channel. Customer Care Operating hours are as follows (subject to change):

    • Voice / Chat - English: Monday to Friday 8 am - 10 pm, Saturday 9 am - 6 pm.
    • Voice / Chat - French: Monday to Friday 8 am - 7 pm, Saturday 9 am - 6 pm.
    • Social Media: Monday to Saturday 8 am - 10 pm.

    Note: Upon completing Ambassador and Customer Care training, including Customer Service and Travel Sales training, you will advance to the position of Senior Coordinator, Reservation Change, with the opportunity to apply your enhanced skills and knowledge.
