$75,000 - $85,000, dependent on experience

We're seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Level 2 IT Support Technicians.

This role caters to those with intermediate experience in IT support, offering an opportunity to thrive in a nurturing and development-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve reported problems using established procedures and tools, ensuring adherence to policies.
  • Troubleshoot network, software, and hardware issues, including managing user accounts and permissions within Active Directory, Group Policy changes, and file permissions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of inquiries, manage responses effectively, and ensure client satisfaction through diligent followup.
  • Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a helpdesk or customer support role, ideally with 2 years in IT support.
  • Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certifications is advantageous.
  • Possession of CompTIA A+ Certification is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with both technical and nontechnical staff.
  • Exceptional problemsolving abilities with a knack for documenting solutions and providing user training.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required; fluency in French is a significant advantage.
