- Build an intuitive interface for character posing while maintaining appeal and design consistency
- Create clean deformations with carefully sculpted shapes for predictable performance
- Oversee the rig build process from geometry to final animation rig, with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently
- Collaborate closely with various teams to iterate quickly and accurately address feedback
- Contribute to the codebase by creating tools for enhanced collaboration and productivity
- Solid understanding of animation and design principles
- Extensive knowledge of anatomy, kinematics, and physical behaviors
- Expertise in facial rigging and sculpting appealing shapes
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Proficiency in Python scripting
- Previous experience on multiple CG feature film productions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Comfortable working with Linux environments
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Experience in modeling, sculpting, blendshapes, animation, hair or cloth simulation is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
