- Thoroughly follow up with new leads/prospective students through calls and emails to schedule consultations
- Assess candidates as per the institution's standards to ensure suitability for the programs available
- Guide potential students through the enrollment process, ensuring all requirements are met and documented
- Match students with programs that align with their objectives, facilitating their career progression after graduation
- Achieve monthly and yearly student enrollment targets
- Build strong relationships with students and staff to encourage referrals
- Maintain accurate records in the college's system
- Over 2 years of sales and client service experience, preferably in a consultative role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for connecting with others
- Display maturity, critical thinking, and the ability to mentor others
- Background in the education sector is advantageous

This is a full-time office-based role, operating Monday to Friday, either from 8-4, 9-5, or 10-6.
