- Manage P&L: Supervise the growth and profitability of your designated territory.
- Generate Business: Engage in inbound and outbound calls to cultivate new opportunities.
- Collaborate: Partner with field sales on RFPs, proposals, and QBR presentations.
- Identify Growth: Research and implement growth strategies for your sales region.
- Develop Customer Relationships: Establish and sustain relationships at all levels, from procurement to operations.
- Coordinate Engagement: Align with vendor management and facilitate customer interactions with Finance and Purchasing.
- Maintain Account Profiles: Create detailed customer profiles and pinpoint opportunities for additional TD SYNNEX solutions.
- Proactively Address Issues: Identify potential challenges and provide timely visibility to the team.
- Document Procedures: Create documentation and assign tasks to support teams.
- Event Participation: Attend TD SYNNEX and industry events as required.
- Support Sales Operations: Ensure prompt and accurate processing of quotes and orders.
- Understand Strategy: Effectively communicate TD SYNNEX's value proposition.
- Utilize Project Management Skills: Fulfill customer requests efficiently.
- Education and Experience: Post-secondary education and 1-3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in English and French.
- Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication.
- Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on task completion.
