- Follow Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure proper labelling of raw data.
- Complete and file analytical records and necessary logs accurately for traceability.
- Maintain cleanliness in the laboratory and workstations.
- Prepare and sanitize glassware for sample analysis.
- Operate mechanical equipment for sample size reduction.
- Prepare samples, sub-samples, and reagents for trace metal analysis.
- Conduct basic analyses such as operating balances and meters.
- Maintain updated maintenance records for lab instruments.
- Ensure samples are analyzed within specified timeframes and quality standards.
- Provide workstation status updates to the supervisor.
- Maintain control charts as per QA manual requirements.
- Work in a standard laboratory environment.
- Be available for shift work, overtime, and weekend shifts.
- Handle any other assigned duties.
- Technical diploma required, . preferred
