    We are currently looking for Field Trainers who possess excellent leadership skill and passion for Training and Development. You are Guest-focused, excited about travelling to multiple restaurants, working in new environments and assisting in training new Team Members, Supervisors and Managers. As an enthusiastic team leader, you motivate and coach team members to ensure that high standards of Hospitality, Operational and Food Safety standards are achieved.

    Key job responsibilities:

    • Relocate within one of the designated areas for training and supporting management with the opening and training of new restaurants or existing restaurants. (Etobicoke – Toronto – Richmond Hill – North York – Innisfil – Mississauga – Kingston)
    • Participate in new restaurant openings, new hire trainings, new promotions, as well as restaurant internal and external audits.
    • Work alongside team members on the floor at all time and give constructive feedbacks.
    • Display a "Guests are first" attitude and lead as an example to make sure we deliver an exceptional guest service as a team.
    • Help solve operational as well as service issues in a timely manner along with training, coaching and follow-ups.
    • Assist in evaluating team members, identifying training needs, problems, concerns as well as opportunities for improvement.
    • Ensure proper communication among the training team and restaurant managers for all training-related issues.
    • Use training binders as a guideline for training, actively seek new ideas and develop new training tools.
    • Make sure best practices and training system are implemented consistently across the restaurants.

    •Be available to work flexible shifts and weekends. *
    •Have at least 1-2 year of experience in food service industry or other related fields. *
    •Be guest service oriented and committed to deliver exceptional guest experience. *
    •Have strong organizational and communication skills and a lot of patience *
    •Embrace our Servant leadership model to positively train, communicate and help team members. *
    •Pride yourself in building relationships with your guests and your team. *
    •Demonstrate a passion for leading, coaching and serving your team. *
    •Having a driver license and your own vehicle is an asset.
