Fulltime, yearround employment in Edmonton
Familyfriendly hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

MUST HAVE:

3+ years of experience in residential renovations and/or new home construction.
Basic carpentry tools.
Valid driver's license and own transportation.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Reading plans, following instructions and asking questions to ensure the scope of work is achieved.
Identify building materials, tools, machinery and supplies required for the job
Install/frame foundations, walls, floors, ceilings and roofs using materials such as: wood, steel, metal, concrete, plastics and composites of multiple materials.
Drywall, patch, paint and tile work (occasionally)
Fit and install window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim.
Work with subtrades to complete projects.
Keep a daily log of tasks using Buildertrend construction software.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.

Salary:
$30.00-$34.00 per hour
