Baker Tilly WM LLP is currently looking for an experienced and collaborative individual to join our growing Family Office practice as a Client Services Associate.

This individual will be an integral part of the Firm, supporting our new and dynamic Family Office department by being involved in the strategical growth of the practice, crafting customized solutions that satisfies our client's unique needs.

This position will be working directly with the Partners of the Family Office practice to build long lasting relationships with clients and increase existing client engagements.

The purpose of this role is to ensure client satisfaction is achieved in accordance with business goals. Duties include working directly with clients and overseeing the implementation of client services strategies.


Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Act as point of contact for existing clients and nurture relationships by evaluating, assessing, and anticipating client's needs
  • Collaborate with various business groups within the Firm to provide services for strategic planning, tax planning, estate and succession planning, tax optimization strategies, and independent wealth oversight
  • Support the Firm to identify potential high net worth clients and foster strategic relationships
  • Support Partners to drive and deliver successful client engagements
  • Contribute towards proposal process and recommend potential solutions and valueadded services to the clients
  • Liaise with Client's professional team to coordinate actions and communicate client objectives
  • Be a brand ambassador for Baker Tilly WM LLP's Family Office and build a presence in the market.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field
  • 57 years of relevant experience in customer service with significant emphasis on building and managing client relationships
  • Financial, Business, Investment, Banking or Insurance experience is considered an asset
  • Strong knowledge of client engagements and service
  • Selfaccountable and organized
  • Detailoriented with followthrough skills
  • Exceptional communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Works well in a fastpaced, highvolume organization with a diverse portfolio of work
  • Willingness to speak up and connect with highnetworth individuals to create meaningful relationships
  • Ability to be flexible in a dynamically changing and growing practice area
  • Occasional travel required
