NRGene Canada is based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, where it operates as an R&D center applying NRGene's technology towards applications such as genotyping and developing new traits in canola plants and other organisms.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Coordinator to lead the marketing efforts for our plant-based food products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a focus on food products, and a passion for promoting sustainable and plant-based lifestyles.

Marketing Strategy Execution:

Assist in the implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our cutting-edge food-tech products, aligning with company objectives and market trends.

Brand Management:

Support the maintenance and enhancement of our brand identity across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and resonance with our audience.

Coordinate product launch activities, including the development of marketing materials, managing promotional events, and liaising with various teams to ensure seamless execution.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges in the food-tech market, providing valuable insights to inform marketing decisions.

Digital Marketing Oversight:

Collaborate with the marketing team to oversee the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns, spanning social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships, to drive brand visibility and engagement.

Sales Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing collateral, sales presentations, and promotional campaigns that support sales efforts and drive revenue growth.

Content Creation:

Contribute to the creation of compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters.

Assist in the planning and coordination of participation in industry events, trade shows, and consumer expos to increase brand awareness and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the food industry, with a focus on plant-based products.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

This is an on-site position in Saskatoon, SK, Canada and it is open for Canadian citizens, permanent residents, and legal work permit holders of Canada (No exceptions).
