Strassburger Windows and Doors is looking for a technically inclined, responsible individual for technical support and quoting of medium to large window and door projects.

This is a full-time position Monday-Friday, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible to:

Review and interpret project drawings and specifications
Prepare quotes and all necessary information related to submitting tenders
Liaison between all interested parties
Attend on site meetings as required
Establish and build relationships with customers, dealers, architects, and engineers
Ensure customer requests are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
Work with service to resolve any on site production issues
Attend and support industry related events such as trade and home shows and association meetings
Participate in training of customer and dealers related to our product and services

The successful individual must have:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in design, building materials, preferably in the window and door industry
A diploma in Architecture Construction Engineering Technology or other related field
The ability to read and understand construction architectural drawings and specifications
Basic knowledge of residential and commercial construction
Proficient with Microsoft Office products
Experience with a configuratorbased quoting system is an asset
Strong written verbal communication skills
Strong mathematical and measurement skills
