    Join us in this exciting role where you will:

    • Offer legal assistance to various internal teams including contracts, sales, marketing, finance, and fleet management.
    • Lead negotiations for high-value international agreements concerning private jet sales.
    • Draft a variety of commercial agreements such as aircraft leases and marketing agreements.
    • Manage disputes effectively by combining business acumen with risk management skills.
    • Provide training to internal stakeholders on legal matters to avoid potential litigation.
    • Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to drive success for Bombardier.
    • Get the chance to travel to exciting destinations.
    • Engage in meetings with senior management and high net worth individuals.
    • Take the lead in enhancing standard agreements continuously.

    As the ideal candidate for this role, you:

    • Must be a practicing member of the bar in a Canadian province or U.S. state, preferably Quebec and/or New York.
    • Possessing both civil and common law degrees would be advantageous.
    • Should have at least 10 years of experience in commercial law or litigation, with a notable tenure at a respected law firm.
    • Display leadership qualities with a solid legal and business understanding.
    • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and persuasive skills.
    • Have proficient drafting abilities in English.
    • Be willing to work flexible hours as needed and travel on short notice.
    • Know how to work independently.
    • Fluency in French and English language is necessary.
    • Experience in the aviation sector is a definite plus.
