Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled plumber to join our team to work on a new building project. You will work closely with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure the plumbing system is installed and functioning correctly. You will also be responsible for sourcing materials for the plumbing system.


Responsibilities:


  • Install, maintain, and repair all plumbing systems, including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and appliances in the condominium building
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure the plumbing system is installed properly and functioning correctly
  • Source and supply all materials needed for the plumbing system
  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing system issues and make necessary repairs
  • Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used

Requirements:

Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in a condominium or residential setting

  • Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to plumbing systems
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

Salary:
From $35.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

Condominium Plumbing: 3 years (required)
